Nature’s Nutrition is primarily a health-food/whole food shop selling high quality foods and supplements for a range of specialist and regular diets. We stock vegan, dairy free, organic and gluten free options – but be warned we do also stock a few less than healthy treats (we can’t all be good 100% of the time!). One of our members likes to describe us a very small, alternative supermarket.

We also have a significant range of zero-waste/plastic free options including many, many refill options.

Bring boxes, bags, jars or pots and you can fill them with herbs, spices, cereals, rice, pulses, nuts, dried fruit and dried fruit. Refill shampoos, hand-wash, cleaning and laundry liquids – all from ethical brands like EcoLeaf, Bio D, SESI Alter/Native by Suma and Faith in Nature.

Reduce waste & save yourself trips to the recycle centre by bringing your own jar to fill. For liquid refills it is helpful if your old bottle retains its original label as we sell our refill liquids by volume.

We're a local co-operative who source our products from ethical and environmentally conscious suppliers. Shopping with us helps protect our precious planet, and shopping locally keeps money in our local economy which helps everyone.
